Monitor the implementation of improvements. **Job Mission** Join the Internal Audit department to evaluate key banking business processes, ensure proper implementation of internal controls, and support the organization's continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Banking process auditing (not quality auditing): Financial accounting and credit risk. * Analysis and evaluation of process-related internal controls. * Conducting on-site audits at branch offices. * Preparing audit reports that clearly communicate findings and results. * Issuing improvement recommendations and monitoring their implementation with responsible departments. * Contributing to the evaluation and enhancement of the effectiveness of risk management, internal control, and corporate governance processes. Requirements * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, internal control, risk management, or process analysis. * Knowledge of the banking or financial sector. * Experience using Power BI for data analysis. * Willingness to travel to branch offices. Especially valued * Experience in process auditing or internal consulting. * Familiarity with regulated environments. * Analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
