Main responsibilities will include daily menu planning and control, as well as kitchen inventory management and control. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting all dishes, always ensuring proper food handling in compliance with current hygiene and sanitation regulations. A full-time permanent employment contract will be offered. Working hours will be full-time, and salary will comply with the Collective Agreement for the Hospitality Industry of the Principality of Asturias. Prior experience in similar positions will be valued.
