Do you want to join our Vibra Team of over 1\.000 employees? We are seeking an experienced **F\&B Cost Controller** in food and beverage cost control to join our Corporate F\&B Department. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient cost control, variance analysis, inventory management, and financial reporting across all F\&B outlets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly food and beverage costs. * Conduct periodic physical inventories and reconcile them with ERP/POS systems. * Prepare and present cost reports, KPIs, and variance analyses to management. * Collaborate with kitchen, procurement, and operations teams to optimize recipes, portion sizes, and costs. * Support the monthly F\&B financial closing process and ensure data and report accuracy. * Implement process improvements to maximize departmental profitability. **We Offer:** * A stable contract with clear development prospects. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Corporate benefits and continuous training. **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, Hospitality, or related field. * 2\+ years of experience in cost control roles within hotels or restaurants. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP and PMS systems. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. * English proficiency is a plus
