This role is essential to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and to promote a prevention culture within the work team. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Monitoring and Compliance with Safety Measures:** Actively supervise that all established safety measures are strictly followed during the complex tasks of dismantling wind turbines and their associated infrastructure. * **Supervision of Critical Tasks:** Carry out detailed monitoring and thorough supervision of operations that, due to their nature, present a higher potential risk to worker safety. * **Control and Verification of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):** Ensure that all personnel correctly and continuously use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment for each task, checking its condition and effectiveness. * **Management and Supervision of Work Teams:** Coordinate and supervise different work teams, ensuring proper organization and communication to prevent incidents. * **Verification of Procedure Compliance:** Guarantee that all work procedures and safety guidelines are known and applied by the staff. * **Incident and Accident Recording:** Accurately document all incidents, near-misses, and accidents occurring at the site, analyzing their causes and proposing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * **Report Preparation:** Generate periodic reports on the safety status at the site, regulatory compliance, and implemented preventive actions. * **Collaboration with the Health and Safety Coordination Team:** Maintain fluent and continuous communication with the health and safety officer, providing relevant information for decision-making. * **Promotion of a Preventive Culture:** Actively encourage workers to adopt a proactive attitude toward occupational health and safety. **Job Requirements:** * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role as a Preventive Resource, or in high-responsibility PRL roles in construction environments. * **Specific PRL Training:** Possession of the specific training required for the Preventive Resource role, in accordance with current regulations. * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of Spanish occupational health and safety regulations, especially regarding construction works and industrial sectors. * **Experience in the Wind Sector:** Previous experience in the wind sector will be highly valued due to the specific nature of the tasks involved. * **Communication Skills:** Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with personnel at all levels. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Additional training in rescue techniques or working at heights. * Language skills. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
