The ideal candidate will be a professional with extensive experience in selection processes and administrative support tasks, willing to contribute to the growth and development of our company by optimizing our Human Resources processes. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * **Personnel selection:** Carry out candidate selection processes for different positions, from writing job postings to the final evaluation of candidates. This includes posting vacancies, resume screening, conducting interviews, and managing candidate assessments. * **Back Office:** Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring proper management of documentation related to personnel selection.
