Manage onboarding processes, both for internal staff and for subcontracted companies. 2. Control and filing of company documentation, as well as that of service providers operating at its facilities. 3. Manage permits, vacations, overtime together with the production manager. 4. Monitor employee working hours and absences, communicated and confirmed by the production manager. 5. Resolve company incidents involving ETTS and external companies. 6. Solve labor-related issues interfering with daily operations. 7. Attend meetings with external companies to coordinate activities and meet production requirements and planning. 8. Coordinate business activities with subcontracted companies. 9. PRL support 10.
