KDK Automotive Spain is a multinational industrial company in the automotive sector. We manufacture plastic parts for car interiors using cutting-edge technology in injection molding, painting, and assembly. Our customers are leading brands in the industry. We want to strengthen our Engineering team and are looking for a Process Engineer. **Main Responsibilities:** * Define production processes related to industrialization projects. * Define work methods and poka-yoke / error-proofing systems. * Define packaging specifications. * Carry out continuous improvement activities and apply Lean Manufacturing principles. Maintain and update production system data to ensure accurate collection of performance indicators (% Scrap, cycles, cavities, etc…) * Ensure compliance with specifications, planning, and budget. * Collaborate with the occupational health and safety and environmental departments to improve workstations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Knowledge of plastic injection and painting processes. * Proficiency in CAD, CATIA. * Advanced level of English; knowledge of German will be positively valued. * Experience with 5S, LEAN, Continuous Improvement, etc., is desirable. * Minimum of two years of previous experience in a similar role. **What we offer:** * Opportunity to join a company that applies advanced technology in the industrial field. * Permanent contract. * Full-time working hours. * Training and continuous development plan. * Positive and supportive work environment.
