




Job Summary: We are seeking a mechanical-electronic professional with leadership capabilities to manage teams, diagnose faults, and advise customers, ensuring workshop profitability and efficiency. We seek a professional with solid knowledge in mechanics and electronics, demonstrable through formal qualifications, for a position in Cáceres. Leadership ability will be valued, including conveying authority positively and managing teams effectively. The selected candidate must have experience using workshop management software and exceptional ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and efficiency. Interpreting mechanical and electrical diagrams and schematics is essential, as is a clear results- and profitability-oriented mindset. Using advanced diagnostic tools will be part of daily responsibilities, alongside fluent and assertive communication with customers and suppliers. A valid driver’s license (Class B) and personal vehicle are mandatory. Responsibilities include detailed workload planning, rigorous monitoring of execution times, efficient spare parts logistics management, and diagnosis of complex faults. Vehicle and equipment testing will be conducted; all workshop processes will be supervised; facility maintenance will be ensured; and waste management will be handled. Accurate quotations will be prepared, and expert technical advice will be provided to customers. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:15, complemented by one week every three weeks scheduled from 09:00–13:30 and 16:00–19:30, also Monday to Friday.
