Responsibilities are standard for this position: preparing and cooking food, managing the kitchen, and maintaining order in the work area. Mandatory qualifications include certified training in food safety and vocational training in cooking and gastronomy. Experience in cutting and cooking techniques, oven and griddle operation, knowledge of the HACCP system, recipe costing (bill of materials), and ability to work under pressure will be valued. Proficiency in doneness levels and sauce preparation is also required. This is an indefinite full-time contract, with morning or afternoon shifts depending on business needs. Immediate start is required, and salary complies with the applicable collective agreement.
