Description
In Cáceres, administrative staff with experience in the socio-healthcare sector or dependency management are sought. Duties include processing documentation related to users and dependency files, handling telephone and in-person inquiries from families and professionals, updating data in computer systems and databases, archiving documents according to current regulations, and following up on incidents to resolve administrative queries.
Previous experience in the socio-healthcare sector or in dependency management is required, as well as familiarity with regulations governing dependency care. Proficiency in office tools such as Excel and Word, availability for immediate start, and possession of a valid type B driving license and personal vehicle are also required.
A permanent part-time contract is offered, totaling 80 hours per month, with working hours from Monday to Friday, and salary in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
