This role focuses on hands\-on implementation, monitoring, and day\-to\-day operation of core security systems, helping protect our people, systems, and data at scale. You'll work closely with IT Operations, and Infrastructure teams to ensure security controls are well\-configured, monitored, and continuously improved. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** * Implement, configure, and maintain endpoint and network security systems such as EDR, anti\-virus software, VPN, SIEM, firewalls and DNS security solutions. * Own administration and ongoing maintenance of Okta, including access policies, MFA, integrations, and user lifecycle management. * Monitor and investigate security alerts from EDR, phishing detection tools, identity systems, and network security controls. * Monitor network traffic and logs to identify suspicious or anomalous behavior. * Support and execute patch management processes for endpoints and infrastructure, ensuring timely remediation of vulnerabilities. * Perform security hardening for endpoints (macOS and Windows) and infrastructure components (e.g. Ubuntu, PostgreSQL, cloud resources). * Assist in security incident investigation, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts. * Maintain documentation for security configurations, processes, and operational runbooks. * Partner with IT and Infra teams to improve security posture across devices, identities, and access controls. * Support security awareness efforts by identifying threat trends and recurring risks. * Assist the GRC team with maintaining security certifications and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and similar standards. **TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE** **You'll need:** * 5\+ years of experience administering security tools such as EDR, anti\-virus solutions, firewalls, VPNs, and DNS security platforms. * Hands\-on experience working with Okta or a similar identity and access management platforms. * Experience securing and hardening endpoints (macOS and Windows). * Experience securing and hardening infrastructure components, including Linux\-based systems and cloud environments. * Understanding of endpoint security, access control, and common attack vectors such as phishing. * Ability to investigate alerts, follow playbooks, and communicate findings clearly. * Strong attention to detail and a structured, operational mindset. * Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. **It would be great if you have:** * Familiarity with cloud infrastructure environments such as AWS or GCP. * Digital forensics experience. * Knowledge of MDM solutions such as Jamf or Microsoft Intune. * Experience working with SIEM tools and log analysis. * Background in IT operations or cybersecurity within a SaaS environment. **WHAT WE OFFER** **We care deeply about your growth, well\-being, and comfort:** * Hybrid onboarding to start work remotely and relocation support for you and your family. * Comprehensive health insurance for both you and your family. * Professional development budget for conference tickets, online courses, and other relevant resources to help you grow. * Flexible benefits package to tailor perks that matters most for you. * Hybrid work and generous leave options to prioritize your work\-life balance. * ️ In\-office perks, including free meals and snacks. * Company\-funded sport activities, annual offsites and team\-building events. *Manychat is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
