Job Summary: We are seeking personnel with proven experience operating forklifts—specifically retractable, motorized, and front-end models—for a logistics warehouse, performing precise and safe handling and movement of goods. We seek candidates with demonstrated experience operating forklifts—specifically retractable, motorized, and front-end types—in a logistics warehouse located in the Torija area of Guadalajara, where primary duties include precise and safe handling and movement of goods. This role involves integration into a dynamic team within a modern environment, where responsibility and attention to process detail are essential for daily order fulfillment. Proven proficiency with the aforementioned equipment is required, as correct operation is critical to preventing accidents and maintaining operational efficiency. Prior experience in warehouses or similar sectors—where heavy machinery operation is routine—is highly valued. Contractual terms will be tailored to the facility’s needs, offering a stable and professional working framework within the logistics sector. Demonstrated experience operating retractable, motorized, and front-end forklifts is required. Full-time availability is mandatory to accommodate assigned shifts. Candidates must hold valid licenses or certifications for the safe operation of such machinery, as well as knowledge of basic warehouse procedures—including order picking, goods location, vehicle loading/unloading, and pallet strapping. Prior experience in similar logistics environments and the ability to work collaboratively—following instructions and adhering to occupational safety and hygiene regulations—will be considered advantageous.
