Under the supervision of the Department Manager, you will be responsible for managing incidents reported by property owners in their homes, aiming to avoid warranty claims, reduce the number of incidents, increase customer satisfaction, and adhere to the allocated budget. **What will be your main duties and responsibilities?** You will be responsible for the assigned developments: * Inspect the construction status prior to handover to the developer. * Receive and verify deficiencies "on-site" with property owners, assessing whether repair is required according to the construction project and applicable regulations. * Coordinate with subcontractors the execution of repairs when multiple trades are involved. * Plan, purchase, and organize all materials required for repairs assigned to the construction company. * Supervise that all accepted claims are executed within the estimated timeframes. * You will carry out your work at the assigned construction sites in the Community of Madrid. **What do we offer?** * Employment contract type: Permanent * Working hours: Full-time * Workplace: Madrid * Salary: Based on experience provided. * Social benefits: Medical insurance / Meal vouchers / Transportation / Childcare / Training through flexible compensation and pension plan. * Career development plan within the company. * Intensive working schedule on Fridays and during summer (according to the Construction Collective Agreement). * Positive work environment; enjoy various scheduled corporate activities with your colleagues (team-building events, sports activities, Christmas party, etc.), Alzaevents Calendar. REQUIREMENTS **What requirements are requested for this position?** * One year as a Post-Sales Technician or one year as an Assistant Site Manager. * Technical Architect, Higher Vocational Training (FP) degree in Building and Civil Engineering or equivalent. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with ERP Sigrid and databases is desirable.
