Job Summary: We are seeking a Tax and Accounting Technician to join a recognized accounting firm, responsible for accounting recording, analysis and closing, tax procedures before the SAT, and client service. Tax advisory support to clients under the guidance of the lead accountant We are looking for a Tax and Accounting Technician (m/f) to join a renowned accounting and tax advisory firm. You will have the opportunity to join a solid team with a proven track record in the sector. Your responsibilities will include detailed recording and analysis of all accounting transactions, performing bank reconciliations, and participating in the annual accounting closing. Additionally, you will handle essential tax procedures before the SAT, such as registrations and updates of tax obligations. You must review and validate issued and received CFDIs to ensure tax compliance, as well as prepare the DIOT and electronic accounting, among other reports. You will also respond to clients’ tax-related requests and notifications, provide support during audits and reviews, and keep clients’ tax information up to date. You will offer basic tax advisory services to clients, always under the guidance of the lead accountant, and follow up on appointments, procedures, and key deadlines for each client. * Technical Tax and Accounting education. * Prior experience in a similar position, minimum 5 years. * Knowledge of accounting software; A3 or similar is preferred. * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.

Keep reading… Your mission will be to ensure the proper and timely recording of the company's financial transactions, to prepare reliable and timely reports that contribute to management and facilitate strategic decision-making, and to ensure compliance with established accounting processes and procedures that support internal control. Reporting to the Financial Coordination and Management team, your main responsibilities will include: **Accounting and Financial Management** * Support the team in completing accounting closings on time as required by the parent company. * Supervise and record various accounting entries, including reclassifications. * Analyze and reconcile assigned accounting accounts. * Manage and account for amortizations. * Record, monitor, and prepare reports on accounting provisions. * Prepare detailed financial analyses on profitability and expense execution. * Prepare reports on balance sheet turnover, working capital, among others. * Prepare and analyze bank reconciliations. **Tax Compliance and Fiscal Obligations** * Continuously monitor compliance with tax obligations and other regulations such as electronic invoicing, ECOEMBES, among others. * Prepare working files for tax filings, including analysis and reconciliation. * Submit invoices to SII. Maintain up-to-date and correct operation of the invoice submission software. **Other Activities** * Support the development of the annual budget. * Support, prepare, and provide information during internal and external audits. * Assist in the preparation and filing of the group's annual accounts. * Accompany, account for, and track inventory in the logistics warehouse and production. What do you need to succeed in this role? * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and Finance, or Economics and Finance. * Previous professional experience of 3/4 years performing similar functions as required in this offer. * Ability to perform financial analysis and prepare accounting reports. * Knowledge of tax compliance and regulations. * Advanced level of Excel, essential. * Proficiency in SAP, essential.
