We are seeking a maintenance operator to carry out inspections and repairs of equipment and systems, resolving mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues. Tasks include preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, structures, and furniture, as well as inspecting roofs, walls, floors, and carpentry. Responsibilities also cover electrical and plumbing maintenance, key and lock management, basic pest control tasks, cleaning of common areas, waste collection, moving beds and furniture, and caring for green spaces. The position is located in Lepe (Huelva), with a fixed-term discontinuous employment contract and full-time working hours. The schedule will be either morning or afternoon shift, with a monthly salary of 1661 euros.
