We are seeking a **Construction Machinery Operator** to join our construction site team. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating, performing basic maintenance, and controlling heavy machinery used in civil engineering and construction projects, ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency in every operation. Key responsibilities * Operation of construction machinery (backhoe loader, excavator, wheel loader, mini-loader, motor grader, compactor, or other machinery assigned according to the project). * Performing earthmoving, excavation, grading, and material loading/unloading as directed by the site supervisor. * Daily inspection of machine condition (fluid levels, pressure, wear, cleanliness) and reporting mechanical issues. * Strict compliance with on-site safety regulations and occupational risk prevention standards. * Collaboration with other site team members (laborers, foremen, surveyors) to ensure proper execution of work. * Transporting machinery between different locations on the same site or between sites when required.
