IT Functional Systems Analyst

Description

IT functional systems analyst position to lead the migration from Navision to Dynamics 365 Business Central in Colmenar Viejo. The role acts as a bridge between employees and the technology partner, translating business needs into clear functional specifications. Current systems will be analyzed, requirements defined, and proposed solutions validated. In addition, comprehensive functional testing will be designed and executed with key users, identifying gaps and proposing operational improvements. Level-2 functional support will also be provided for systems under the analyst’s responsibility, along with the creation of documentation and process guides. Prior experience in functional analysis and requirements gathering is required, together with business acumen, analytical capability, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or Business Central is desirable, as are foundational knowledge of SQL, Windows, Java, and Tomcat, and proficiency in Power BI. Experience with IT service management best practices is also valued. The work environment is dynamic, offering growth opportunities and continuous training. Basic technical knowledge of SQL, familiarity with Windows Server and Desktop, Java, and Tomcat. Familiarity with IT management best practices (incident management, configuration management, change control). Proficiency in Power BI is desirable.
