Senior Full Stack Developer OXON Epidemiology is seeking to hire a Senior Full Stack Developer for its Data Management department to contribute to the evolution of its EDC platform and other internal applications related to clinical research and real-world data. The selected candidate will assume a key role in the design, development, and continuous improvement of web applications, participating across the entire technical lifecycle: analysis, programming, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support. This position requires working on technically complex projects in collaboration with clinical research, data management, operations, and digital solutions teams, demonstrating autonomy, sound technical judgment, and a high standard of quality in problem resolution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in full-stack web application development, including technical analysis, programming, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Develop and enhance front-end and back-end components using technologies such as Node.js, JavaScript, and React. Work with web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, and XML. Design, maintain, and interact with relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL and MongoDB. Knowledge of UNIX environments. Use version control tools such as Git as part of the software development lifecycle. Analyze and resolve technical problems involving multiple variables in complex situations. Research and evaluate new tools, techniques, and approaches to improve existing applications and development processes. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of professional software development experience. Proven experience in developing, updating, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving web applications. Advanced proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and React. Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and XML. Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL. Knowledge of non-relational databases such as MongoDB. Knowledge of Unix environments. Good familiarity and regular use of code versioning tools such as Git. Ability to work autonomously on projects with a strong focus on quality. Good written and reading English proficiency. **DESIRABLE:** Experience with Power Apps for developing internal business applications. Experience creating, maintaining, and improving workflows using Power Automate.
