ROSA CLARÁ is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager with in-depth knowledge of haute couture for its store workshop located in Madrid. **Responsibilities:** * Guide, coordinate, and supervise the workshop team’s work while fostering a positive working environment. * Responsible for evaluating workshop products and processes. * Identify and proactively address potential issues and workload fluctuations. * Adjust the team’s work pace according to the fitting schedule. * Carry out and supervise alterations marked on dresses, adhering to established deadlines. * Support sales advisors in the fitting room by monitoring and inspecting dresses received from central distribution to ensure compliance with established quality requirements. * Collaborate with the Store Manager to organize timely alterations. * Perform ironing tasks. * Supervise deliveries. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in a similar role is desirable. * Education: Pattern Making and Garment Construction. * Extensive experience in sewing and operation of all necessary machinery and tools (flatbed\- overlock/serger \- blindstitch). * Previous experience in bridal wear, evening gowns, or similar fields is desirable. * Responsible, solution-oriented, quality-focused, and customer-oriented individual.
