Reporting to the management of the Vertical Mar Vilanova: * Planning, scheduling, and allocating necessary human and material resources will be the main tasks. Guiding and training the HR team. * Supervising execution in terms of safety and quality, customer service, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement. * Identifying photographic and visual content for the Social Media department. Be part of RocRoi's expansion and international recognition. **Responsibilities** Will include, but are not limited to: * Coordinate and manage nautical and aquatic activities. * Contribute to defining and selecting the team of instructors/technicians involved in the activities and in the determination and assignment of roles. * Apply safety criteria and measures during activities. * Apply and supervise the best and most appropriate use of equipment. Identify maintenance and repair needs. Schedule and prioritize tasks. Lead and actively participate in these tasks. * Propose necessary renewals and/or acquisitions of equipment, according to needs and estimated profitability. * Carry out customer acquisition actions, encourage repeat service purchases, deliver service excellence, and provide advice to clients (individuals, groups, educational centers, organizations arranging camps or summer programs, companies). Actively promote client, user, and student retention across various programs. * Prepare/coordinate preparation of materials for sale. Update inventory records (quantitative count, condition assessment, and photographic and digital documentation). * Prepare/coordinate preparation of materials required for specific activities, summer camps, and corporate events. Supervise opening and closing procedures of the nautical base. * Ensure the best appearance and condition of the Base. * Promote training initiatives for the team of instructors and technicians. * Contribute to product catalog content and visual material descriptions. * Perform the various functions described here applying cost-control and profit-maximization criteria. • Apply service quality standards (customer service, teaching materials, methodologies, functionality, and appearance of materials) We Offer * Full-time schedule, 40h (Monday to Sunday with one weekly day off). * Location at RocRoi VNG or at sites where the company's activities are contracted. * Flexible working hours to ensure optimal support for activities. * A healthy work environment focused on the well-being and professional development of each employee. Minimum requirement: Level 1 Sports Technician certification or equivalent validated qualification, registered in ROPEC. * Bilingual English or French, in addition to Catalan and Spanish. * Basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint or similar, and advanced Excel skills. * Flexible working hours. * Willingness to travel for logistical or customer service purposes.
