All this has enabled us to obtain the **Top Employer 2026** certification, renewing this distinction for the **third consecutive year**. **\#WeAreBalearia \#TopEmployer** We are opening a permanent vacancy for a **Traffic Operations Agent** at our workplace in **Cádiz**, and we want you to be part of our team! ### **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** You will join the **Full Cargo Operations Department**, where you will play a key role in planning and coordinating transportation services, ensuring efficient operations, optimizing available resources, and delivering high-quality service to our customers both nationally and internationally. Your main responsibilities will include: * Managing transportation services requested by customers, planning the necessary resources to ensure proper execution. * Coordinating cargo assignments to our own fleet and to collaborating carriers, optimizing the utilization of available means. * Managing the contracting and monitoring of transportation providers, ensuring proper service delivery and contributing to expanding our network of collaborators. * Maintaining constant communication with customers and carriers, tracking operations and managing any incidents that may arise during transportation. * Organizing and planning routes, optimizing costs and resources to improve operational profitability and minimize empty kilometers traveled. * Identifying opportunities for improvement in operational processes to increase efficiency and service quality. * Registering and managing transportation shipments in the company's management systems, ensuring traceability and accurate tracking of each operation. ### **What do we offer you?** At Baleària, we value and care for our team.
