We are currently expanding our strategy **internationally**, entering new markets such as Portugal, Romania, Poland, Moldova, Greece, Cyprus, and Costa Rica. **What will your responsibilities be?** · Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on equipment and facilities. · Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in machinery, equipment, and plant systems. · Supervise and coordinate outsourced maintenance services when required. · Manage and control resources needed for maintenance, including spare parts, tools, and external services. · Prepare and update technical reports, maintenance logs, and incident reports. · Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of the production process. · Comply with and promote occupational health and safety regulations and applicable legislation. **What are the requirements?** · Academic qualification: Higher Technical Degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Equipment Maintenance, or related fields. Additional training in electricity, mechanics, or electronics will be valued. · Minimum 1\-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the food industry or automated industrial environments. · Advanced knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems. · Ability to diagnose and repair highly complex technical equipment. · Competence in spare parts and maintenance resource management. · Proactivity, organizational skills, and ability to solve problems under pressure. **The following will be considered advantageous:** · Prior experience in organic food companies or in puree/pouch production processes. · Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards. · Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). **What do we offer?** · A dynamic and growing work environment within a leading company in organic infant nutrition. · Permanent full-time contract. · Continuous training for employees. · Competitive remuneration, commensurate with experience and capabilities: · Flexible compensation and additional benefits. · Professional development opportunities within a company committed to sustainability and innovation.
