**Description:** ---------------- **Mechanical Engineer \| Molina de Segura** At **Grúas Sáez S.L.**, a Spanish-origin multinational company and an international reference in the design and manufacturing of tower cranes, self-erecting cranes, and formwork systems for construction, we are seeking a **Mechanical Engineer** to join our factory team in Molina de Segura. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets are met. * Coordinate shop-floor operations together with production supervisors, resolving incidents and providing technical support for manufacturing processes. * Design and develop tooling, components, and product improvements using Autodesk Inventor Professional. * Manage material requirements and coordinate procurement with the purchasing department. * Prepare technical documentation, manufacturing drawings, and production instructions. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and in the development of new products related to tower cranes and metal structures. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. * Knowledge of metal fabrication processes. * Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor Professional and AutoCAD. * Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Organized, solution-oriented, and proactive individual. **We offer:** * A stable position with an indefinite-term contract. * Intensive working hours on Fridays. * Integration into an internationally leading company in the sector. * A positive work environment and opportunities for professional development. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
