**Objective**
------------
To promote the holistic development of the individuals we work with, focusing on the educational plan and the design of a socio-labor pathway, facilitating access to educational, social, and cultural opportunities to improve their quality of life.
**Area: International Protection**
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Preparation and reception of program beneficiaries at the facility
* Support and/or accompany individuals in managing daily routines and various procedures (healthcare, administrative, shopping, education, etc.)
* Organize, animate, and supervise the distribution of cohabitation tasks at the facility.
* Accompany individuals to familiarize them with the local environment.
* Jointly develop goals and needs assessments with beneficiaries through the design and continuous monitoring of individual pathways.
* Participate in case follow-up meetings, both within the team and with the supervisory team, as well as in team meetings and coordination spaces.
* Manage relevant program support services by analyzing each person’s socioeconomic situation and needs, and by registering and controlling the project’s budget.
* Mediate in conflict situations and manage activities, assemblies, and workshops that foster learning in conflict resolution and improvement of cohabitation.
* Establish networks with social, educational, healthcare, and community organizations.
* Prepare socio-educational reports and any other documentation required for proper program management.
* Support logistical management of the program and appropriate justification of final reports.
* Conduct home visits.
* Ensure proper implementation of the program, as well as appropriate maintenance and hygiene of the facility.
* Participate in the emergency response system, including availability for telephone on-call duties, crisis interventions, or urgent emotional situations coordinated with the team.
**Profile:**
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Social Education.
* Specialized training in social intervention with migrants and/or asylum seekers.
* Desirable: Training in International Protection.
**What We Offer:**
* 40-hour-per-week indefinite contract
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 14:12 to 22:00
