




We are looking for an administrative assistant to collaborate with a service sector company in Malgrat de Mar. Your responsibilities will include providing general support in the administration area. You will also be in charge of customer service, assisting with invoicing tasks, and managing and filing documents. You are expected to perform data entry of accounting records and other related administrative activities. The position is part-time, 20 hours per week. You will work Monday through Friday mornings, from 09:00 to 13:00, with corresponding legal breaks. * Minimum of 2 years' experience in invoicing and accounting tasks. * We are seeking a responsible, careful, and meticulous individual. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Living near the workplace is a plus. Fluent spoken and written Catalan and Spanish. Higher education in administration and finance or higher-level studies.
