We are looking for a person to cover a temporary replacement of approximately 1 to 2 months as a kitchen assistant in a school in Girona city. CONTRACT START DATE: NOVEMBER 3RD, UNTIL END OF REPLACEMENT. The hired person will be responsible for: \- Assisting the Head Cook in daily meal production. \- Preparing meals and side dishes according to scheduled menus. \- Monitoring food handling, preparation, and cooking stages, determining appropriate portion sizes for each dish. \- Receiving food supplies from providers, ensuring compliance with requirements regarding quantity, quality, appearance, and other considerations. \- Managing inventory levels of products. \- Cleaning and organizing workspaces and kitchen tools used during the workday. * Experience: Minimum 1 year. EXPERIENCE IN COLLECTIVE KITCHENS (school cafeterias, etc.) IS MANDATORY. * Skills / Knowledge: Minimum education: ESO/EGB. Hospitality training is a plus.
