Production Controller

A leading company in the meat industry is seeking to hire a **Production Controller** to support the Production Director in coordinating and monitoring the plant's daily operations. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Supervise the proper execution of daily production. * Coordinate and support production teams to ensure adherence to the production schedule. * Monitor production processes to guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. * Identify incidents occurring during production and collaborate on their resolution. * Manage necessary resources to ensure efficient production. * Collaborate closely with the Production Director in organizing and planning work. * Analyze production performance and identify improvement opportunities. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and food safety regulations. **What are we looking for?** * Prior experience in industrial production, preferably in the food or meat sector. * A natural leader, highly committed, and capable of coordinating teams. * A problem-solving, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * **Native-level fluency in Spanish is mandatory.** * **A good command of Catalan will be highly valued.** **Education:** Relevant education in the food industry will be valued, especially: * Professional Certificate in Meat Technology and Meat Industries or equivalent training. * Medium- or Higher-Level Vocational Training cycles related to food production, industrial processes, or similar fields.
