Together, we pursue the miracles of science to improve people's lives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure the preservation and operation of the company's Industrial Assets related to Utilities and Buildings. * Define and implement preventive maintenance plans for plant facilities, as well as propose technical and economic improvements that help reduce operating costs. * Manage the PM maintenance tool for preventive/corrective maintenance management. * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards issued by competent Official Authorities regarding applicable legal regulations. * Support the professional/human development potential of the Maintenance Department staff. * Collaborate in facility projects from the design phase through to commissioning. * Maintain departmental documentation for facilities, following defined department procedures. * Coordinate the electromechanical workforce to efficiently manage facility maintenance needs during vacations or absences of their manager. * Manage Purchase Requests for Materials, supplies, and maintenance contracts necessary to achieve the defined Expense Budget. * Participate in audits affecting different areas of the plant requiring his/her involvement. *About You* * **Experience**: Proven experience in similar roles * **Technical and Soft Skills**: Knowledge of GMPs will be valued.
