Our Engineering department plays a key role in this mission, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance across all our projects. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------- Ensure the comprehensive execution of Projects at all stages (AARR, EF, DQ, URS, IQ, OQ, PQ, etc.) according to current GMP regulations, including construction follow-up and supervision of external work Manage equipment acquisition and installation studies, including training for end users (operators and maintenance staff) Define documentation standards for Qualifications/Validations and manage the documentary closure of projects, establishing Master Protocols for their subsequent execution Ensure proper execution of equipment qualifications, managing the validation and revalidation plan for all equipment involved in Projects Manage and control existing changes, CAPAs, and deviations within the Engineering department, performing follow-up and reporting QA indicators Prepare technical studies, alternatives, solutions, and risk and opportunity analyses for each project Collaborate with Maintenance on technical aspects of SMS (operational excellence) and define internal department procedures in line with corporate guidelines Conduct obsolescence studies of equipment/facilities, defining investments that ensure process continuity Ensure compliance with Sanofi's internal standards and Spanish and Community legislation, particularly regarding Quality and NCF Guarantee employee safety and environmental protection in accordance with Sanofi's standards and applicable local legislation **Required Profile** -------------------- ### **Education and Experience** * University degree in engineering * Proven experience as a Project Engineer * Minimum of 3\-4 years of experience in the industry * A high level of English is valued ### **Skills and Mindset** * Empowered individual with autonomy to take reflective risks * Ability to take responsibility for results and impact generated * Enthusiastic about agile culture and new ways of working * Self-critical and willing to change **Our Values \- Take the Lead** --------------------------------- * **Aim High:** Focus on what matters, set high standards, act with urgency, learn from setbacks to achieve better performance. * **Act for Patients:** Never compromise integrity, remove barriers, and collaborate with others to move faster and further for patients' benefit. * **Be Bold:** Take calculated risks, seize opportunities, and think beyond the possible to accelerate our science and drive compelling growth. * **Lead Together:** Build trust and openly collaborate toward our shared goals, celebrate collective achievements, and foster a sense of belonging. **Pursue Progress, Discover the Extraordinary** ------------------------------------------------ The best is out there.
