As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize our marketing automation processes across platforms, with a focus on HubSpot (Marketing CRM) and alignment with Salesforce (Sales CRM).
Your goal will be to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and help our teams make data\-driven decisions.
This is a full\-time remote\-friendly position, based on Central European time zones. You’ll be part of our marking team, **working remotely from Spain**, with the flexibility to work from home or anywhere in Europe for up to 12 weeks per year. **What the role looks like**
* You’ll be the point person for marketing automation and CRM operations, ensuring smooth marketing automations, lead generation, nurturing and much more.
* Marketing automation \& AI: Manage and optimize workflows, campaigns, and lead nurturing across platforms, incorporating **AI\-driven automations and agents** where possible..
* Email campaigns: Build, test, and deploy email campaigns and nurture journeys, with a focus on segmentation, A/B testing, and performance improvements.
* Analytics \& reporting: Create dashboards and reports to track campaign ROI, funnel metrics, and lead progression. Leverage **AI\-powered analytics** to uncover patterns and opportunities.
* Funnel optimization: Monitor conversion rates, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements in collaboration with demand generation and sales teams.
* Cross\-platform alignment: Ensure smooth data flow and reporting consistency between HubSpot and Salesforce, supporting both Marketing and Sales.
* Process improvements: Simplify workflows, reduce manual tasks, and maintain clean, reliable data across the stack, while experimenting with **AI and automation agents** to scale processes more efficiently.

### **What you bring**
* 2–4 years of experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, or CRM management.
* Hands\-on experience with at least one major marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
* Familiarity with CRM systems — ideally Salesforce.
* Experience with Google Tag Manager, A/B testing (ex. VWO or Google Optimize), Analytics (ex. Google Analytics, Hotjar), User testing (Usabilityhub, surveys), form building.
* Analytical mindset — confident in creating dashboards, interpreting funnel metrics, and turning insights into action.
* Knowledge of email marketing best practices (segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing).
* **Curiosity to adopt and experiment with AI\-powered tools** to improve processes and efficiency.
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to balance multiple priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
