




The candidate will be part of the IT team at Camiral, the Quinta do Lago Girona resort. **Functions and responsibilities:** Manage user onboarding/offboarding/modifications in accordance with corporate security policies and permission protocols. Provide user support for general and area-specific software applications, as well as for computer system issues. Install and maintain applications on computers. Maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Manage corporate fixed-line and mobile telephony. Maintain documentation for internal support processes and help systems (Customer Support). Place orders, enter required information into the system, request quotations, verify correct receipt, etc. **Minimum requirements** General IT knowledge: hardware, office software, networking, operating systems, basic incident resolution... English language proficiency at intermediate level (oral and written comprehension). Strong communication skills and courteous interpersonal manner. Organisational ability and capacity for self-learning. Own vehicle to access the resort. **Desirable requirements:** Familiarity with the IT role within the hospitality, golf, and services industry. Day-to-day management of an IT department. Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 12R2 operating systems. Office 365 (Teams, Yammer, Office...)
