Professional Experience * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in implementing, configuring, administering, and operating Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) platforms. Additional or prior-version experience (e.g., earlier Dynamics CRM versions) will be positively considered. 2. Certifications * Hold an official Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification (or equivalent for Dynamics 365). * Demonstrated experience administering the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 platform. 3. Additional Technical Training * Evidence of at least 50 hours of training in System Administration, Operation, and Monitoring courses for Cloud products, with demonstrable experience in both hybrid and multi-cloud environments. * Evidence of at least 25 hours of training in Project Management courses for Administration, Operation, and Monitoring of Cloud products, in both hybrid and multi-cloud environments. * Evidence of at least 24 hours of training in DevOps and/or Agile (Scrum) methodologies. 4. Required Academic Qualification * University Degree (Level 2 MECES / Level 6 EQF): Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Technical Engineer (or equivalents) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Sciences.
