Would you like to be part of a success story and decisively contribute your work, ideas, and personality to success in the service area? **What will you do in this position?** Reporting to the Assembly Area Manager, as Assembly Manager you will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and allocating assembly-related tasks for our products, leading a team of technicians. This is a dynamic role with a high degree of self-management, involving direct interaction with clients and engineering teams. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, control, and development of the assembly technician team under your supervision. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Direction, analysis, monitoring of construction progress and assembly results, and control of key performance indicators. * Reporting on achievement of billing milestones and supporting collections management. * Organization and coordination of material receipt, including handling of shortages or deficiencies identified. * Delivery of installed units to customers or the after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the site safety plan. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations. Who we are looking for Do you have a structured approach to work and are you accustomed to the digital world—enabling you to independently organize your daily tasks? Do you enjoy completing tasks quickly and successfully? Additionally, you meet the following requirements: * University degree in Engineering or Architecture. * Planning, coordination, communication, motivation, and team leadership capabilities. * Prior experience in technical areas and people management is highly valued; 2–3 years’ experience preferred. * Additional desirable competencies include creativity and initiative, openness to change, commitment to continuous improvement, and customer orientation.
