Support in the delivery of training activities Engineer, Graduate, or Master's Degree Holder \- Support for Training Activity Coordination (Málaga) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Engineer, Graduate, or Master's Degree Holder \- Support for Training Activity Coordination in Málaga **Workplace** -------------------- * Málaga **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Supervise and monitor training activities according to instructions. Supervise documentation generated for each training activity, both from students and instructors. Additionally, prepare reports for each training activity. * Supervise facilities where various training activities will be delivered in selected municipalities. * Control and manage the project timeline. * Support student recruitment for different calls for training activities within the territory. * Support the delivery of transversal and complementary training activities. * Conduct control visits throughout the implementation of training activities. * Coordinate project management (technical staff and local career guidance counselors). **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the supporting documents for data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information contained in the CV, whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold an Engineering, Bachelor’s, or Master’s University degree (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 6 months of professional teaching experience (If such experience exists, supporting documentation justifying compliance must be provided via the Employment History Report and/or job function certificate) **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * 1 month to 1 year of professional experience working in public enterprises or the public sector * 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in teaching * 1 month to 1 year of professional experience in training project management and coordination. **Observations** ----------------- * Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds.
