It adopts a person-centered approach grounded in each individual’s life story, supported by a specialized team that delivers close, professional care, as well as rehabilitation units, disease prevention services, and health programs. Currently, the company comprises over 1\.400 professionals who provide care across 50 centers nationwide. We are currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our SENIORS TORREQUEBRADA center located in Torrequebrada, Málaga. WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY? * Preparation and finishing of meals cooked by the chef, required throughout the day for residents (lunch, dinner, breakfast, and snacks, as applicable) * Disinfection and preparation of vegetables and fruit. * Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and pantry areas. * Monitoring and implementation of HACCP protocols and procedures. * Daily tracking and recording of food stock withdrawals from the warehouse. * Storage of daily food samples. * Temperature checks of prepared meals. * Plating of food for daily meals and portion control according to technical dish specifications. * Collaboration and participation in internal and external training activities proposed by or for the center. * Contribution to the implementation of improvement plans.
