STEF Málaga, a specialist in logistics activities, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator (M/F). Join STEF Málaga as a Maintenance Coordinator and become a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. Actively contribute to performance and customer satisfaction. Your mission: * Coordinate the Maintenance team, enhancing communication and goal achievement while being an integral part of the team. * Ensure a professional environment that complies with safety regulations. * Address operational and real estate maintenance needs by managing available human and material resources—organizing them and ensuring they are sufficient and appropriate. * Report activities to your supervisor, proposing improvements or requirements. * Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on refrigerated and automated facilities, handling equipment, service vehicle fleet, and general services. * Contribute to operational traceability through the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). * Similarly, regarding the vehicle fleet, contribute to technical solutions aligned with Group guidelines and alert to any undetected anomalies. * Collaborate in ensuring facility compliance with hygiene and safety standards, as well as technical regulations within certification frameworks. What are we looking for? * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electricity, Mechatronics, Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, or Industrial Maintenance. * At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of automation, hydraulics, mechanics, and refrigeration will be valued. * Manual dexterity and problem-solving ability will be valued.
