Its culinary offering comprises five restaurants and bars, where traditional Andalusian flavors, innovative reinterpretations, and signature cocktails can be enjoyed. **Job Description** * Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor * Provide detailed information about services and packages to guests * Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately * Maintain a clean and organized reception area * Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies * Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations * Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and efficiently * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Assist with administrative tasks such as report generation and filing **Requirements** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approach * Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office suite * Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment * Problem\-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally * High school diploma or equivalent required * Additional certifications in hospitality * Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards * Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages are a plus * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed **Additional Information** * Attractive incentive plan. * Significant discounts on hotel services. * Two consecutive days off per week. * Hotel staff canteen for meals during shifts. * Discounts at Accor Group hotels and partner companies.
