Counter Management: Preparing, arranging, and restocking the counter according to quality and freshness standards. Maintenance and Cleaning: Ensuring order, adequate supply, and strict hygiene both in the work area and in tools and equipment. Versatility: Performing cross-functional tasks to support the overall operation of the store when required. **What kind of candidate are we looking for?** **Education and experience:** Education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) diploma or Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification. Preferred: Higher education in Commerce and Marketing or prior experience in the retail sector. Experience: Prior experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
