We invest in internal training and employee development. **Your Responsibilities:** * Sales and customer retention. * Organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms. * Support during periodic inventory checks. **Requirements:** * Motivation for the retail sector (footwear). * Availability to work full-time on-site. * No prior experience in this role is required. **What We Offer:** * Training contract from 15 June to 15 September, with option to convert to an indefinite contract. * Flexible duration (from 3 months up to 2 years). * Salary regulated by the retail collective agreement. **Requirements:** --------------- **Conditions:** * Alternating training contract, on-site and full-time. * Minimum duration is 3 months, extendable up to a maximum of 2 years, with possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract at any time. * This contract allows you to work and train simultaneously. You will receive a salary from day one and, upon completion, obtain an official qualification certificate. * Your working schedule is divided between effective on-the-job work time and online theoretical training time: * First year: You will spend up to 65% of your maximum working hours on actual work. The remainder is dedicated to online training. * Second year: Work time increases to up to 85% of your maximum working hours. * Your remuneration will be proportional to the time actually spent working. According to the law: * First year: You will earn, at minimum, 65% of the salary stipulated in the collective agreement for your professional category. * Second year: You will earn, at minimum, 85%. * In all cases, your salary will never fall below the Interprofessional Minimum Wage (SMI), proportionally adjusted to hours worked.
