This role focuses on creating memorable and personalized experiences, cultivating long\-term relationships with high\-end clients, and contributing to the boutique’s success by meeting and exceeding sales goals. Client and Business oriented * Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand; * Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs; * Build up a loyal Clientele; * Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor; * Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor’s trading activities. Operations: * Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company; * Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business; * Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.); * Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor; * Involved in the Stock and Inventory; * Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor; * Maintain merchandising standard **Requisiti:** -------------- * Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts. * Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality; * Must be customer\-oriented; * Action and Sales oriented; * Excellent customer and service attitude; * Strong communication skills; * Luxury product knowledge; * Fluent in Spanish and English, other languages are a plus.
