**Location:** Málaga – 1 block from Alameda Principal
2:15 PM – 10:15 PM (Málaga time)
**Full\-time** \| 39 hrs/week
**Position Overview**
We are looking for a detail\-oriented, highly organized **Finance Administrator \- Administrativo Contable** to lead our day\-to\-day financial operations and administrative functions. In this role, you won't just be processing paperwork—you will be the backbone of our financial integrity. You will oversee accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), manage payroll administration, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
As a senior member of the administrative team, you will act as a key bridge between operations and executive leadership, turning financial data into actionable insights that support our growth. Ideal candidates should have experience with the USA market or Spanish market.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Financial Operations Management:** Oversee end\-to\-end processing of AP and AR, including vendor management, client invoicing, collections, and expense reconciliation.
* **Payroll \& Benefits Administration:** Manage the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, tracking benefits deductions, tax withholdings, and compliance.
* **Reporting \& Analysis:** Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasts for management review.
* **Process Optimization:** Evaluate existing financial workflows and implement software or procedural upgrades to improve accuracy and efficiency.
* **Compliance \& Audit Support:** Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax professionals; ensure all practices align with GAAP (or local standards) and tax regulations.
* **Internal Oversight:** Monitor departmental budgets, identify cost\-saving opportunities, and ensure accurate general ledger coding.
**Required Qualifications \& Skills**
* **Experience:** 5\+ years of experience with the USA or Spanish Market in financial administration, accounting, or a closely related role (experience in a senior or supervisory capacity preferred).
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
* **Software Proficiency:** Deep expertise with modern accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or Sage) and payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Gusto).
* **Advanced Excel Skills:** Master of pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, and complex formulas for data analysis.
* **Attention to Detail:** An analytical mindset with a track record of finding and correcting inconsistencies in large datasets.
* **Communication:** Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non\-finance team members.
