Maquinaria y Servicios Garmo S.L., a company specializing in the **rental and maintenance of heavy machinery**, is looking for a **Workshop Administrator** for its facilities in **Málaga**. The selected candidate will be responsible for the workshop’s administrative management, ensuring an orderly, efficient, and well-documented workflow. A minimum of **5 years’ experience** in similar positions is required, preferably in mechanical workshops, machinery rental companies, or industrial environments.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Daily administrative management of the workshop.
* Control and recording of work orders, repair reports, and maintenance activities.
* Coordination with mechanics and workshop supervisors to plan interventions.
* Management of delivery notes, spare parts orders, and basic stock control.
* Tracking of internal and external repairs.
* Invoicing related to workshop services and support to the accounting department.
* Telephone support and customer assistance regarding repairs or machinery availability.
* Archiving and updating of technical and administrative documentation.
**Job Requirements**
* Minimum of **5 years’ experience** in administrative roles within workshops, machinery companies, automotive sectors, or related industries.
* Understanding of workshop operations and repair and maintenance processes.
* Proficiency in office software and management programs.
* Ability to work accurately, manage multiple tasks, and maintain orderly documentation.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Experience in machinery rental companies is highly desirable.
