Description
We are seeking an assembly operator (male or female) for the renewable energy sector in Málaga. Main responsibilities include precise assembly of components for water heaters and solar systems, including welding and metal carpentry, always adhering to quality standards. Logistics-related tasks such as palletizing, strapping, and preparing shipments are also performed, maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation. Visual inspection of finished parts is conducted, and any production line issues are reported.
Working hours are on the late shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with reduced hours on Fridays. A gross monthly salary of €1,756 is offered, along with an initial temporary contract that is renewable, and potential permanent incorporation based on performance. Continuous training in advanced industrial processes is provided. Work takes place in a dynamic environment that promotes teamwork and effective communication.
Proven prior experience in production logistics, assembly lines, or related fields such as metal carpentry is required. Prior knowledge and experience in welding will be highly valued. Ability to work collaboratively, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail are essential. Availability to work the assigned fixed shift and residence near the workplace are required. No formal education is mandatory, but practical training is valued.
