In Málaga, an administrative assistant is needed to manage the daily tasks of an automotive workshop. Responsibilities include handling administrative documentation, processing and tracking insurance files, and managing work orders. The role also involves interacting with customers and suppliers, addressing inquiries, and supporting archiving, classification, and record maintenance—ensuring all information remains up-to-date and accessible. This position contributes to the workshop’s efficient workflow, from vehicle reception through to invoicing, in collaboration with the technical and management teams.
Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and multitasking capability are required. The environment is dynamic, making proactivity and adaptability essential. Prior experience in the automotive sector is valued, although candidates with a solid administrative background and willingness to learn are also considered. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:00, with a 15-minute break. The workplace atmosphere is collaborative, and the company offers job stability.
Proven experience in administrative management within the automotive industry, specifically in car repair workshops. Experience processing insurance claims and managing work orders. Organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactivity. Availability to work from 07:00 to 15:00. Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate. Native or C2 level proficiency in Spanish. Solid knowledge of administration and office software.
