Our goal is to create sophisticated dessert experiences, ideal for boutique cafés, delivery and events. Your Role We are looking for a creative pastry chef capable of: Designing and producing modern, light versions of iconic desserts. Working with fresh, high-quality, seasonal ingredients. Creating visually attractive presentations. Adapting recipes for scalable production and individual portions. Collaborating in the development of new products and flavors ### **Requirements** Requirements Proven experience in fine pastry, modern pastry or high-end patisserie. Creativity and aesthetic sense for visually appealing desserts. Knowledge of mousse techniques, light creams, meringues, mold assembly and baking methods. Experience with modern or automated pastry equipment. Ability to work independently and responsibly. Portfolio of previous work (mandatory). Desirable Experience adapting light / low-calorie / gluten-free recipes.
