**Objective**

We are a social development organization that protects the rights and dignity of every person in a situation of vulnerability, accompanying them on their journey, step by step.
We are currently seeking a Psychologist for the Humanitarian Assistance Programme in Málaga.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Psychosocial information and guidance.
* Psychological first aid and case assessment for referral to mental health units.
* Follow-up after referral to hospital centers.
* Intervention in crisis situations.
* Case follow-up.
* Development and delivery of psychosocial workshops; creation of supporting materials.
* Training and technical advice on psychological aspects related to the care of migrants and applicants for international protection.
* Recording of services provided in ACCEM’s various applications: E-gorrion, others.
* Collaboration in other complementary assistance or intervention tasks with users, as required and according to the internal organization of the reception center.
* Other actions necessary for the implementation of the service.
We offer:
* Indefinite-term contract.
* Part-time schedule of 20 hours per week.
**Profile:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology.
* Professional registration with the Autonomous Community where duties will be performed.
* Certification of professional qualification as a healthcare psychologist.
* Experience in clinical practice and/or intervention and emergencies.
* Knowledge of international protection and immigration law.
* Familiarity with interventions targeting migrant populations.
* Language proficiency (advanced level in at least one of the following): English, French, Arabic.
* Ability to produce formal written communication.
* Skills in conflict resolution and management.
* Ability to work effectively in teams.
* Proactive and collaborative attitude, problem-solving capacity, initiative, autonomy.
* Valid driver’s license
