You will support learners in understanding the role of the Nursing Care Assistant (TCAE) in the most complex and specialized hospital units. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Tutoring and support: Respond to theoretical questions and practical case studies raised by students via the LMS forum and internal messaging within 24\-48 hours. * Learning assessment: Grade module-specific activities and assignments (e.g., critical care units, emergency departments, operating rooms, etc.) and evaluate final exams. * Training engagement: Motivate students, monitor those with low activity levels, and encourage discussion on the platform. * Academic administration: Complete required pedagogical follow-up reports upon completion of the training program. **What are we looking for?
