The program is already live in some countries and entering a key rollout phase in Spain, requiring strong governance, coordination, and cost control. **What you will do** * Structure and manage the overall project governance for the Spanish rollout * Monitor budget, resources, planning, and risks * Coordinate cross\-functional teams (IT, business, integrators) * Ensure alignment between global and local stakeholders * Define and track KPIs, timelines, and delivery milestones * Manage reporting to senior stakeholders * Support integration and migration processes **Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * \+5 years of experience as PMO or Project Manager in complex IT programs * Strong experience in ERP implementations or migrations * Proven experience in governance, cost control, and resource management * Ability to structure projects and manage multiple stakeholders * Fluent English and Spanish * Based in Spain (remote possible) **Nice to have:** * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 * Experience in international programs * Background in industrial or finance sectors **Additional Information** **What do we offer you?** * **Remote opportunity \- based in Spain** * **Perks and Benfits** such as **private medical insurance**, life insurance, language lesson, flexible remuneration,Smart Office Pack so that you can work comfortably from home. * Permanent, full\-time contract. * Training and career development. * Possibility to be part of a multicultural team and work on international projects. **If you are passionate about data, development \& tech, we want to meet you !**
