We are currently expanding our team and looking to hire a **Kitchen Assistant** on a part-time basis (24 hours per week) for the Kitchen Department. The primary mission of this role is to support the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking, ensuring compliance with the company’s established standards for quality, hygiene, and food safety. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in basic food preparation and cooking under supervision of team leaders. * Perform mise en place tasks as directed by the Head Chef. * Collaborate in receiving, storing, and preserving raw materials. * Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, utensils, and equipment. * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations. * Support service operations, ensuring efficiency and accurate execution of assigned tasks. * Report operational incidents to the direct supervisor. * Participate in internal training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives within the department. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant. * Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling. * Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. * Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations. * Interest in learning and developing professionally in the culinary field. **We Offer:** * Joining a strong and growing hotel chain. * Positive work environment. * Professional training and development.
