WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? You will report to the Warehouse Director and join the Management Committee. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving results for the construction materials sector (partition walls, ceilings, insulation, sandwich panels, waterproofing, etc.) by motivating your team and fulfilling customer commitments regarding price, stock availability, and purchasing efficiency. YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PIECE OF THE TEAM! Your responsibilities will include: Selecting, developing, motivating, and leading your team members in alignment with company values. Guaranteeing safety and health conditions for your team, setting an exemplary standard in applying legal regulations. Adapting, planning, and executing commercial actions in accordance with the warehouse’s and the Group’s commercial policies, applying and tailoring implementation logic for sector product families. Driving sales performance, customer welcome and service by your team, and monitoring competitor activity.
